This is our first step of our creative design process and what we consider to be the most important step in the process. In this phase, we meet with our client to understand our clients’ needs, problems they are wishing to solve, audience they aim to target and overall goals and outcomes for the intended project.

This is the phase where our team of talented designers start putting pen to paper and transforming notes from phase one into create ideas. This is the fun phase for us, because while you rest assured that in a few days we will have an out of the box design and or campaign for you, we are up day and night around the world working on generating creative ideas.

This is where our clients get to see our initial drafts and our thinking. This is where we present our ideas, and create mockups for our clients to visualize the final products. In this phase, we solicit and seek feedback from different stakeholders to ensure that our work is indeed targeting the intended audience and reaching the goal that we have set together in phase 1.

This is the final phase in our design process where we create the final products, and implement the campaign strategies discussed and agreed upon previously. This is the phase where we reap the fruit of our labor and put a huge smile on our customers’ face. In this phase we also collect feedback and collect data to analyze the success of our implementation and execution of the project and most importantly the satisfaction of our clients.
